1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of halalanalysis.com and any courses, research, or services we offer (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The Services
We provide educational courses, research publications, and interactive tools relating to Sharia-compliant capital markets investing. Access to certain Services is paid; some content is free.
3. Account & access
Paid access is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share login credentials, redistribute course videos, or resell our materials without written permission. Institutional licenses cover the agreed number of seats.
4. Payment, refunds, and chargebacks
Prices are stated in USD; local-currency conversion at checkout is provided through HyperPay or Stripe. Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have viewed less than 25% of any single course. Chargebacks made without first contacting us are treated as breach of these Terms.
5. Not investment advice
The Services are for education and information only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any security. We are not a registered investment adviser. You should consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions.
6. Sharia oversight; doctrinal disclaimers
Our methodology is reviewed by an appointed Sharia Advisory Board. Methodology disagreements among recognised scholars exist; we flag these where relevant but do not represent that any specific position is universally accepted. Final compliance determinations belong to your own qualified Sharia advisor.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (other than the public white paper, which is CC BY 4.0) is © The Institutional Desk. Screenshots, recording, or republishing of paid course content without written permission is prohibited.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content beyond reasonable indexing, attack site infrastructure, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
9. Warranties & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms; in such cases we will refund any unused, prepaid course access on a pro-rata basis where reasonable.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which The Institutional Desk is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
