What we do
halalanalysis.com is an education and research platform. We sell courses, gated research, and offer institutional advisory engagements.
What we do not do
- We do not manage client capital.
- We do not earn brokerage commissions on stock recommendations.
- We do not have proprietary trading positions in the names we discuss.
- We do not receive payment from issuers or fund sponsors for placement of their products in our content.
Affiliations
Where we name third-party tools or providers (Zoya, Musaffa, Islamicly, S&P Dow Jones, MSCI, FTSE Russell, AAOIFI, etc.), we do so on a factual basis. We have no commercial relationship with these parties unless explicitly disclosed on the relevant page.
Sharia governance
Our methodology and course content are reviewed by an independent Sharia Advisory Board. Members of the SAB are compensated for their time on a project basis; their rulings are not contingent on the commercial outcomes of our courses.
Editorial independence
Research conclusions reflect the views of our research team and the SAB. We do not accept paid placement of opinions in our research.
Performance representations
Where we cite returns, sector weights, or market data, we identify the source and the period. Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Illustrative figures (e.g., the AAPL eligibility example on the homepage) are clearly labeled as such.
Conflicts arising in the future
If a material conflict arises (e.g., we accept an institutional advisory engagement from an issuer we have written about), we will disclose it on this page within 30 days and update the relevant content with a notice.
Comments and corrections
If you believe content on the site is inaccurate or misleading, please email desk@halalanalysis.com. We will investigate within 14 days and either correct the content or explain why we believe it is accurate.
