Engagement structure
Most relationships begin with a single document — the institutional white paper or a quarterly brief — and progress over time. We do not hard-sell. We do not call. We do not run nurture sequences. The work speaks for itself; clients return when they are ready.
Engagement fees are project-based. Typical projects: $25,000 (single audit), $45,000 (quarterly retainer for one fiscal year), $75,000–$150,000 (custom mandate structuring).
